Yala National Park

Containing over 300,000 acres of protected land consisting of forest, grassland, and lagoons that is home to over 44 varieties of mammal and 215 bird species. The recommended time to visit is between February and July when rainfall is at its low bringing the animals out in the open.

Colombo

Sri Lanka’s capital and financial hub, this port city is still rich in colonial history and offers a variety of markets to sample the local cuisine, art, and fabrics.
